This product is designed for southern climates, this Southernized Mildew Resistant House Paint has excellent adhesion and flexibility to resist peeling and cracking on wood surfaces. Contains effective mildewcides to resist mildew growth on the paint film. Available in a wide range of colors produced from tint bases using the Color Studio System.

Weather-Tite Permanent Trim and Accent has very good gloss and tint retention for protecting and beautifying weather exposed surfaces of wood or metal. Contains effective mildewcides to resist mildew growth on the paint film. Available in a wide range of colors produced from tint bases using the Color Studio System.
