BLP Mobile Home Roof Coating is extremely white to reflect the infrared
rays of the sun and keep interior areas cooler. Easy to apply, cleans
up with water. Contains as effective mildewcide to prevent mildew growth
on the paint film. Low VOC.

For industrial, commercial, and residential use in resaturating, preserving, and protecting composition, built-up, smooth, and slate surfaced roofs. Can also be used on metal roofs and siding, exterior foundation walls, and other concrete and masonry surfaces. 43-25 Weather-Tite™ Elastomeric Roof Coating: [ MSDS / PDS ] This product is formulated to offer superior weatherability and durability even in cold temperatures. The extreme brightness of the coating reflects the sun, reducing interior temperatures. Contains very effective mildewcide, is low odor, and fast drying. |
